These data files include information that allows our Site to remember important information that will make your use of the Site more efficient and useful to you. Our Site uses cookies for a variety of purposes. We use cookie technology and IP addresses to obtain non-personal information from on-line visitors, and also to provide with the best possible, personalised on-line experience. We also track the total number of visitors to our Site in an aggregate form to allow us to update and improve our Site. Personally, identifiable information is not extracted in this process. Some of the pages on our Site and e-mail updates may contain electronic images called web beacons, sometimes known as one pixel GIFs, clear GIFs or pixel tags. On websites, these allow us to count visitors who have viewed our pages. In promotional e-mail messages/newsletters they allow us to count how many subscribers have read them. Web beacons allow us to develop statistical information about the activities and features that most interest our consumers for the purpose of providing more personalised content. They are not used to access personally identifiable information without your consent.

There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by CIPL. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring Web site addresses. (Your IP address is a number that lets computers attached to the Internet know where to send you data -- such as the web pages you view). This information is used by CIPL or any third-party companies acting on behalf of CIPL, for the operation of the service/site, to maintain quality of the service/site, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Website. We do not ordinarily link a user's IP address to personally identifiable information of that user, which means each user's session will be logged, but the user remains anonymous to us. However, we may use IP addresses to identify users of our site when we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with the site's terms of use, or to protect our service, site or other users.
