Relationship with Carlsberg Group

As a subsidiary of the Carlsberg Group, we benefit from the brewing expertise, rigorous quality standards and commitment to innovation of the diversified international business, alongside maintaining high governance standards. Carlsberg A/S, our Promoter and the listed ultimate holding company of the Carlsberg Group had a market capitalization of approximately $16.79 billion as of March 31, 2026, and reported revenue of $13.46 billion on a consolidated basis in CY2025. The Carlsberg Group operates across more than 120 markets, with a portfolio of over 180 beer and non-alcobev brands. These include local power brands, international premium offerings, craft and specialty labels, and alcohol‑free beers and soft drinks.

Through our affiliation with the Carlsberg Group, we are able to draw on the Carlsberg Group’s resources to manage our business more efficiently, through shared relationships and expertise. The affiliation has enabled access to skilled personnel in brand building, research and development, quality control, and distribution. It also fosters operational synergies and offers economies of scale in procurement. All of the above allow us to undertake larger, longer‑term, and more complex projects, relying on the scale and resources of our global parent company. We expect these benefits and synergies to continue in the future.
